Certain items, however, may be delayed for reorder once we are sold out depending on the production capability on handmade items. In the event this occurs on an order, we will do everything possible to secure these items and fill your order as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Returns made for reasons other than damage, defect or our error must be returned postage prepaid.

Your gift order will receive the special attention it deserves. We offer gift wrapping for $4.95. Our wrapping paper is shown on our website. We will include a personalized gift card free of charge with your submitted message up to 25 words. We naturally will remove the price on all such orders.

Some items may require special packaging or processing to protect against damage or due to size or weight. For these items additional costs are incurred. This amount will appear in parentheses next to the retail price and should be added to the standard shipping and processing fee for shipping within the 48 states to a street address.
